David Wise - Chief Executive Officer
David has over 10 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry. A graduate of the Citadel, David subsequently worked as a Senior Account Executive with Intermedia Communications focusing on providing voice and data services to large
enterprise and wholesale accounts.

David went on to become a co-founder of Rapid Link, a leading provider of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services and a leading global clearinghouse. As Senior VP of Global Business Development for Rapid Link, David was responsible for structuring agreements with international telcos and ISPs, for building out Rapid Link's global network and for growing annual revenue to over $50 million in less than 4 years.

David founded DOW Networks to focus on providing niche international business markets with customized voice and data services.

Don Schroerlucke - Chief Operating Officer
Don has 25+ years experience in telecommunications with executive leadership in operations management, sales, service and marketing. He has worked with Fortune 100 companies as well as operational start-ups. His diverse background includes P/L responsibility, acquisitions, business plan development and post integration of acquired companies’ sales, technology and service functions. The companies and regions, he has managed have been recognized as being consistently the top producing growth companies and territories in their respective markets nationally. He has been named to President’s clubs seven times with three fortune 100 companies.

Don has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degree from Western Kentucky University.

Weston Edmunds, VP - Finance & Human Resources
Weston has over 7 years experience in business including international financial transactions and international telecommunications. Prior to joining DOW Networks, Weston worked for the world-wide leader of asset management software Datastream. While there, he helped increase revenues from $32 million to $98 million.

Weston has a Master's in Accounting degree from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, and a bachelor's degree in English from The Citadel.

Orlando Perez, VP - Engineering
Orlando has 20 years experience in communications in the United States Army including voice, data, satellite and radio communications. During the first Gulf War, Orlando was crew chief for a team that conducted circuit installations for the Patriot missile system in Saudi Arabia. After retiring from the military in 1999, Orlando joined Rapid Link, a pioneering company in the development of the Voice over IP industry where he worked on Voice over IP peering arrangements with large international carriers such as Korea Telecom and Malaysia Telecom.

In 2002, Orlando joined DOW Networks and since then has successfully deployed voice gateways in over 30 countries. Prior to his current position where he is responsible for all research and development activities, Orlando initially built out the company network and infrastructure. Orlando has extensive training in a number of Cisco networking courses and has also completed training in Asterisk PBX systems.

Kevin Robinson, VP - Network Operations
Kevin began his professional career at Renaissance Worldwide, an IT outsource company as a member of their company-wide network infrastructure support teams and then moved to eHatchery LLC, where he was responsible for the build out and support of their Windows and Unix-based networks. Subsequently, Kevin then worked at Rapid Link where he was responsible for the engineering of terminating routes to multiple international destinations utilizing Cisco gateways as well as managing the company’s interconnections with Tier 1 carriers.

Kevin graduated from Clark Atlanta University in 1995 with a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. Kevin is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE) and has completed a variety of Cisco networking courses.

Jack Baird, VP - Product Development & Marketing
Jack has more than 20 years’ experience in international telecommunications as a both consultant and  corporate executive.   He joined DOW Networks from his consulting practice where he developed brand strategies and marketing programs for established and emerging carriers and other international service and technology companies.  As a marketing executive with BT (British Telecom), he played a key role in the formation and launch of a network outsourcing subsidiary and a global joint venture with a US carrier.  He joined BT from Bell Atlantic (now Verizon), where he served in director-level positions responsible for marketing, advertising and corporate relations in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Jack earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and studied in the Graduate School of Business at Seton Hall University.
