DOW Networks Opens Office in San Pedro

DOW Networks announced that it has opened an office in the Torre del Este building in San Pedro in September. Said CEO David Wise, “We are real excited about this because this is our first office we have opened overseas. We view this as a positive step in bringing our customer support closer to our customer base in Costa Rica. In addition to hiring three Network Engineers to staff the office, we also keep our inventory there which improves our responsiveness to customer needs for installations, maintenance and servicing”. The Network Engineers locally are responsible for site surveys, installations, maintenance and repair, phone systems planning and sales demonstrations.

DOW Networks has been providing advanced telecommunications services to clients in Costa Rica since 2001 with features such as toll-free service, least cost routing, Voice over IP and 24 X 7 customer support. Said Mr. Wise, “To date we have been very successful in servicing call centers, hotels and businesses that are frequent users of international telecommunications. Hopefully, we will continue to grow and expand our office and operations there. In the near future we hope to build a Customer Service Department here as we have found Costa Rica to be very friendly to the international business community and there are many well-qualified people to hire here”.
