DOW Networks Experiences 320% Growth in Second Half of 2011
Atlanta, GA, December 21, 2011 - DOW Networks celebrated its 10thyear anniversary in 2011 but the party really kicked into high gear in Q3 and Q4. Since May, the company has seen a 320% increase in managed numbers. DOW offers Call Center VoIP Solutions, Hosted PBX, International Toll Free Numbers and other telephony services to businesses around the globe.
DOW Networks started business in 2001 opening offices in Atlanta, Georgia. With core clients from the gaming, financial services and tourism industry and a dedication to providing best-in-class service, growth was steady and led to expansion offices in Costa Rica, Jamaica and South Africa.
A number of factors have contributed to the astounding growth seen in 2011. First, DOW is becoming well known in the hosted telephony industry for their reliability and strong customer service. In addition, a number of new major accounts, including a large international airline, contributed to the company’s growth. The largest insurance company in South Africa also ported 300 numbers to DOW to help spur the growing numbers.
All our efforts are really starting to pay off. Since DOW began, our focus has always been on providing strong customer support, reliable service and the technology that our customers need,” said David Wise, CEO of DOW Networks. “We’re excited about 2012 and will continue to strive for even better things for DOW and especially for our customers.”
