DOW Networks’ outbound call center solutions include broadcast messaging functionality that quickly and efficiently delivers recorded messages and announcements to thousands of recipients.  This call center software is available as a hosted broadcast messaging service or a premise based software application.

From pre-loaded call lists, the system automatically dials hundreds to thousands of numbers at once and plays a pre-recorded message to both individuals and answering machines.  A different message can be designated for individuals and answering machines.  The system automatically detects and screens-out busy signals and disconnected numbers.

DOW Networks can also use text-to-speech (TTS) technology to read the names of your call lists and deliver “personalized” messages.

The broadcast message solution can be configured as a one-way broadcast message service or with Interactive Voice Response (IVR).  An IVR menu offers called parties the ability to respond to the broadcast message and have their phone keypad responses captured in a database.

An IVR menu also can be used to connect called parties to a sales or customer service reps or collections agents.
